Accessibility statement

1. Our commitment

We aim to meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA across this website and the student portal, and to make the programme itself genuinely completable by disabled participants — not merely technically reachable.

2. What we have done

• Semantic HTML structure with a logical heading hierarchy on every page
• Full keyboard operability, including all accordions, tabs, forms and the lesson player
• Visible focus indicators that meet contrast requirements
• Text and interface contrast ratios meeting or exceeding 4.5:1 for body text
• Accurate human-checked English subtitles on all 28 lessons
• Downloadable text transcripts for every lesson
• Respect for the prefers-reduced-motion setting, which disables all decorative animation
• Form fields with persistent visible labels rather than placeholder-only labelling
• Responsive layouts that reflow without horizontal scrolling down to 320 CSS pixels

3. Known limitations

We would rather list these than pretend they do not exist.

• Some archival diagrams in Module 03 resources lack full alternative text; we are re-authoring them and expect completion in Q4 2026
• Two downloadable spreadsheet templates are not yet fully screen-reader optimised; accessible CSV equivalents are available on request
• The decorative particle animation on the homepage is disabled under reduced-motion but remains visually busy for some users; a static alternative is planned

4. Adjustments available on request

The following are available simply by asking. We do not require medical documentation.

• Additional time in the final examination (typically 25% or 50%)
• Rest breaks during the examination without penalty
• Materials in large print, high contrast or plain-text formats
• Alternative capstone formats, including oral submission
• Extended deadlines where a condition affects your study pattern

5. Feedback and enforcement

If you encounter a barrier, please tell us at support@attimar.eu. We acknowledge accessibility reports within two working days and aim to resolve or provide a workaround within fifteen.

If you are dissatisfied with our response, you may escalate to the relevant national accessibility enforcement body in your member state.
